Hiền Nương Farm was founded in 2020 by Ms. Châu Thị Nương and Mr. Trần Phương Hiền. From Tà Đảnh, in the Bảy Núi region of An Giang, Hiền Nương practises circular agriculture, making use of agricultural by-products to create new value.

A sustainable path, working with nature
We use local rice straw, husks, bran and sawdust as a substrate for growing mushrooms, then reuse the substrate after harvest in farming — reducing waste and continuing the cycle from the soil, back to the soil.

Four main mushroom lines are grown on the farm — black termite mushroom, lingzhi, cordyceps and oyster mushroom — alongside eight products made from them: freeze-dried mushrooms, mushroom snacks, instant teas, lingzhi spores and cordyceps in honey.
