Agricultural by-products
Agricultural by-products are put to use as material for preparing the mushroom-growing substrate, carrying on the value of materials already at hand.
Preparing the substrate
The materials are treated, mixed and bagged into a substrate suited to growing mushrooms.
Growing & harvesting
The mushrooms are tended and harvested on the farm, to be enjoyed fresh and processed into other products.
View productsSubstrate for red worms
After the harvest, the substrate becomes feed for red worms, going on to create value instead of being thrown away.
Worm castings for crops
The worm castings are used to fertilise crops, adding organic nourishment to the soil and carrying the cycle on.

Products
From seasons of mushrooms to the products.
Mushrooms harvested on the farm are enjoyed fresh and processed into other products.
Black termite mushroom, lingzhi, cordyceps and oyster mushroom are the four main mushroom lines grown on the farm.
Solar energy
Power from the sun.
The farm is built on land that generates solar power. The whole system was built and developed by Ms. Châu Thị Nương and Mr. Trần Phương Hiền themselves. 100% of the electricity used for growing mushrooms comes from this solar power.
On the same land, Hiền Nương combines clean power generation with mushroom growing, bringing energy made on site into everyday work.
